  • 1- 1 1/2 pounds skirt steak flank will also work
  • 1-2 limes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 3 cloves garlic minced

  • 1 small onion thinly sliced
  • 1 large bell pepper thinly sliced (or 1/2 orange bell 1/2 yellow bell)
  • Corn or flour tortillas
